  • You will usually receive your letter 5-10 days after it is shipped! For international orders (outside of USA), it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will be charged near the exact day you signed up the starting month. So if you signed up on Jan 12, you can expect to be billed on Feb 12 the following month.
